Muesli and mashed banana bars.

So here is a low calorie dessert to indulge your sweet tooth! I experimented with it just yesterday night and the result was delicious. And ofcourse, I can’t keep the recipe to myself! So here are the ingredients :
1 cups of muesli
1 whole banana
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon lime juice

1) In a bowl , pour one cup of muesli and a whole mashed banana. After mixing these two ingredients well, add a teaspoon of honey. Then add 1/4 of a teaspoon of lime juice to it.
2) With the help of a spoon (do not use hands unless you want them to get really messy) make small dumplings/bars of the mixture and then allow them to cool down by keeping them in the refrigerator overnight.

Tips : Not gonna lie, the lemon adds a ton of flavor to the mixture. So do add lemon juice but take care to not add too much of it.
You may also add pomegranate seeds to garnish.

Calories – 255 calories (Per dumpling – 31 approx.)
Serving size – 8 dumplings.
