Baking cake in microwave!

Here’s what you’ll need :
1&1/3 cup of soda water
Cake mixture (I used Milkmaid Chocolate Mix)
75 g of butter. (About 1 finger in breadth )
2-3 drops of vanilla essence (optional)

Blend the whole mixture with the soda water ,vanilla essence and butter so as to make sure that no lumps remain.
Pour the mixture in a microwave dish that has been greased with butter and dusted with a little refined white wheat flour (Maida).
Keep it in the Microwave for 6 minutes. Then allow it to rest in the Microwave for 3 minutes more.
Then remove the dish out of the Microwave and allow it to cool for 20 minutes.
P.s- Do not flip the dish, just cut the pieces from the plate itself with a knife and remove them with a spoon or spatula.
Also, as soon as you remove the cake from the microwave, insert a knife or a toothpick in the centre of it. If the knife or the toothpick come out clean then the cake is fully baked, but if it doesn’t, then that means that the cake needs more time in the microwave.

My take on it :
Even without any further effort , you can have a wonderful cake but really what’s the fun In that? So here are a few things that I tried and if you have any more ideas ,let ke know!
1) If you want, you can garnish the cake with walnuts, almonds or cashewnuts and voila you’ll have a nut cake!
2) You can also use whipt cream! Just blend a 200 g thick cream and powdered sugar , in a bowl, for 10-15 minutes.
3) You can use date syrup too.
Trust me, it really adds to the taste.
Just drizzle a little over the cake.
4) Using chocolate sauce is another yummy idea. Just cover the surface of the cake with some chocolate sauce and keep the cake in the refrigerator for some time.
