Maggi Pav.

Maggi, its basically our staple food. We have it every alternate day and we still don’t get tired of it. So ofcourse, some of us might have found a way to alter the ‘old’ image of maggi and give it a ‘different’ one! I have too 🙂
Here’s my twist on maggi!

What you’ll need:
1 maggi packet. (Masala/Yellow coloured packaging)
1/2 cup of milk
2 Pav. (Bread)
2 Tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon oregano.

How to make Maggi Pav:
1. Add a packet of maggi noodles to the deep dish pan. Add 2-3 cups of water.
2. As the water starts to reduce, pour in 1/2 cup of milk and sprinkle some oregano. Mix the whole thing in.
3. On a non stick pan, cut open two pieces of pav (Bread). Apply some oil on the face of the bread and sprinkle a little around it, on the non stick pan. Turn in 1-2 minutes and repeat the whole thing on the inner side of the bread. Allow 2 minutes.
4. Put the maggi between the Pav( slices of bread) and garnish.

Chocolate icecream Nut-ulla.

Here’s what you’ll need:
1 carton of chocolate icecream
A handful of almonds, cashews, raisins.

How to make Chocolate icecream Nutulla:
To a bowl of chocolate icecream, add some nuts like cashews, raisins and almonds. Mix it well.
